  Finding a campaign of cause you are interested in is easy. In the "Campaigns Menu" select "All Campaigns". If interested in a particular campaign or cause use the Search bar and enter your search criteria. For example, "Sandra" will show you all candidates with the name Sandra who have a campaign set up.

• What methods are available to support a candidate or cause?

  For a candidate, you have two options. 1) You may directly support a candidate of choice. All financial support is provided directly to the candidate at ZERO cost from Return Red. Simply visit your campaign of choice and select the Support Project Button: Click on the button and you will be re-directed to the page with all the list of rewards and an option to back any amount to the project. 2) In the bottom right of the Candidate's profile cover photo is a little arrow. Select it and choose "Gift Points". Everything you do on Return Red earns points. Gifting these points to your candidate of choice allows them to redeem them against advertising costs on Return Red. Advertising discounts can range anywhere from .01 cents all the way up FREE based on the level of points a candidate has to redeem. Gifting points is a great way for those who wish to provide direct support but may not have the financial mean's to do so. For a cause, such as technical support or legal assistance, the best way to support is through direct monetary contributions, as this will help them meet their financial obligations above the need of advertising.

  Yes, you can back a project more than once.

  You can click on the ‘Contact Owner’ button placed on the Campaign/Cause profile page to contact them for more information.

• Is it possible to get a refund for a campaign or cause that I have donated to?

  Each case varies. To request a refund please contact the campaign/cause owner letting them know why you are requesting a refund.

• What are the things I should do before starting my project?

  You should follow the below steps before starting your project: a) Develop a detailed description of what your campaign/cause is for and provide sufficient details so that contributors will understand how their support will be used. b) Think thoroughly about what rewards/benefits, if any, to offer to your project’s backers c) Have a plan to market your campaign/cause so that it can reach the maximum number of people. d) Be active before launching your project till it reaches its funding goal amount.

• How do I start a fundraising campaign on Return Red?

  a) Select "All Campaigns" in the "Campaigns Menu". b) Click on the green "Create Campaign" button. c) Fill in the required details in the project creation form, which you have gathered before starting this process. d) Go to the edit page of your project to compile an overview, to create various perks, to add videos / photos, to set the main photo / video components for your project etc.
